“AIS was set up in April 2007 by two directors, Eric Ng and Desmond Tian. Each has more than 15 years’ experience in technical sales and service of environmental monitoring instrument and systems.

AIS is privileged to be appointed as authorized distributor by Quest Technologies (USA), Instantel (Canada) and DataTaker (Australia). These appointments, along with strong support from our valued clients and employees, have contributed to the success of AIS within a short period of time.

AIS focus on providing excellent service and technical expertise in instrumentation for the Construction, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (EnvOHS) industries. Instrument such as noise meter, vibration meter, data logger, dust monitor, indoor air quality (IAQ) monitor and silt monitor.

Our continuous R&D produced two highly successful Automated Monitoring and SMS-alert systems. One for monitoring excessive vibrations in MRT tunnels and building structures, the other monitoring excessive noise levels from work activities such as construction sites. Our system records readings and post them to secured web-servers whereby readings can be stored and retrieved by authorized user. When readings exceed limits, alerts would be automatically sent via SMS and emails to designated recipients.

Both systems has produced benefits for our clients in ensuring the safety of structures, minimizing the numbers of complaints from excessive noise levels, and improved productivity.

Our technical service centre provides factory-approved repair and calibration services for sound and vibration instruments.
